The selection was a joke. I expected at least a few decent options, but it felt like some half-baked clown show with barely anything worth choosing...

I was just trying to look through mantel options, but using the site on my phone felt way more difficult than it needed to be. The filters were acting like they had a mind of their own, and some pages took forever to load. I did eventually find what I was looking for, but it felt like a tiny saga. The site could definitely be organized better

The box showed up torn and the mantel had a chipped corner and a few dings. I was disappointed, and the whole process made me feel a bit left in the dark about what happened or how it would be handled

I’m only giving 4 stars because I do think some of the product details could be easier to compare, and that’s a fair thing to point out. But overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again

We’ve had this mantel for a while now, it’s been really solid. No chips, no sagging, and it still feels sturdy whenever we put decorations on it. I was a little nervous at first because stuff like this always seems like it might not hold up, but so far it’s been totally fine
